Empowering Kids to be Leaders
Adventures 4 Kidz is committed to preparing kids with essential skills, strategies, and tools that will be valuable for their future jobs. Our Leadership Training Program provides direct experience in customer service and coaching camp participants. This experience gives kids an advantage over their peers and a noteworthy addition to their resumes. Furthermore, it boosts their self-confidence in their abilities as they apply for jobs and enter the workforce for the first time.
Leadership Training
Our 3-day Leadership Training program is both enjoyable and valuable for kids looking to gain the necessary skills for future careers in outdoor adventure, summer camp, retail, and hospitality fields. Our program is designed to teach your children essential skills such as coaching and managing individuals or groups on and off the water, understanding the significance of risk management and emergency/medical response, all while developing fundamental customer service skills. Trainees will earn CPR and First Aid certification from the Red Cross. Our program will give your kids a great understanding of the responsibilities required in the working world and increase their confidence to pursue their desired careers.

During this program we try to instill the confidence and responsibilities needed to be a strong leader. We focus on teaching risk management, group management, instruction and facilitation.
We create many scenarios and leadership opportunities where we as the kids to manage and work through. They will also take away a Red Cross CPR and First Aid certification that will prepare them to help lead in the case of a medical emergency with their training.

This program is designed for kids ages 12 to 16 years old. This is an amazing opportunity for pre-teens and teens to learn the importance of leadership and responsibility to help prepare them for their future.

This program is $499 which includes the CPR and First Aid Certification from the Red Cross.

Leadership Training is held at Ballena Bay Marina in Alameda, California.
This amazing paddling location has an island and marina that protect a small lagoon making it a calmer space to paddle and play. However, If you just paddle around the corner it opens up into the San Francisco Bay with an amazing view of the city front!
Kids Internship
After completing our Leadership Training, participants become eligible to apply for our summer-long Internship Program. The program provides them with the opportunity to further enhance their skills, gain more experience, boost their confidence, and prepare for employment. Our Internship Program offers real-life job experience, with open communication and support provided to help interns develop their skills throughout the program.
