Friday June 23rd: Participants drive to meet the group and camp at Pigeon Point Campground in Junction City, California (or meet early Saturday morning)

Saturday June 24th: Meet our river guides and gear-up for the river trip. Go down the river and camp-out on the river bank for 3 nights!

This includes:

• Multiple stops at pristine swimming holes

• Exhilarating, technical and splashy class II & III rapids

• Calm and serene floating and swimming opportunities

• A short hike up a beautiful creek canyon to a two tiered waterfall

• Plenty of amazing wildlife viewing opportunities

• Two cliff jumping rocks with the option to plunge 10 and 15 feet into the river below

• Amazing organic meals

• Kids activities when off the river so parents can relax and enjoy

• Beautiful campgrounds next to the river

Tuesday June 27th: Early afternoon get off the river and shuttle back to our cars. Drive back Home.

Meals: Saturday lunch to Tuesday lunch are included in the trip. We pride ourselves in our delicious organic meals prepared from scratch, and can be modified for any diets.

Paddling Gear: We have all the gear you need for the river if you choose to raft, inflatable kayak or SUP. This includes amazing guides, lifejackets, helmets, paddles, dry bags and safety gear.

Camping Gear: Bring your personal gear, tent and sleeping bag. We have poco sleeping pads, dry bags, tents, tarps, kitchen gear, and camping bathrooms making this trip the easiest camp out ever!

Evening Activities: While the adults are chilling out by the river the kids are entertained by our guides playing fun games, learning about river ecology and environmental stewardship.

River Shuttle: Saturday morning we will park our cars in a private lot next to the river put-in where we will begin our trip. Tuesday afternoon a shuttle will pick us up at the river take-out and drive us back to our cars.

Camping Fees: All permits, campground fees and parking fees are included in the cost of the trip.

Family rafting campout is fun and exciting for all ages 7 year old and up. May it be young kids, teens or adults everyone in the family is sure to have fun. Floating the river, swimming, and enjoying the beautiful scenery are sure to make some great stories for all.

The Trinity River is one of the most popular river segment in Norther California and is a perfect family friendly, beginner to intermediate whitewater trip (class II-III). You can choose to go down the river on a guided raft or navigate the rapid in your own inflatable kayak.

Guides give you the VIP treatment and teach you how we play “river style”. We believe the best part of rafting is slowing down and immersing in nature, in between exciting rapids of course! We will handle all of the preparation for your trip including fitting your family with all the proper rafting /safety gear and depending on weather we provide wetsuits, booties, and splash tops.

For just $600 per participant, we provide all the necessary river equipment, as well as some camping equipment, delicious meals, and unforgettable memories that your family will cherish forever.
